My name is Julie \u2014 the founder and creator behind FungyBar.<\/p>

A growing fascination with whole foods, medicinal plants and botanical traditions from around the world inspired me to create FungyBar with a vision of making herbalism more accessible and enjoyable.<\/p>

From Nordic folk medicine to Ayurveda, I believe nature holds unique wisdom and compounds that can offer support in meeting the demands of life.\u00a0The more I researched, the more I questioned why so many of these ingredients were consumed through powders, capsules and supplements rather than being integrated into our foods.<\/p>

That question inspired me to develop the first bar \u2014 a brownie bar with Chaga mushroom. As new ideas continued to emerge, more bars followed. To this day, FungyBar is driven by both the intrinsic joy of creativity and a desire to support people through better, more wholesome\u00a0foods.<\/p>
