Thank you for shopping with FungyBar. This Returns & Refund Policy explains your rights regarding returns, refunds, withdrawals, and complaints.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, request a return, or make a complaint regarding a product, please contact us before returning any items.

2. Right of Withdrawal
Customers may have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law.
Statutory rights of withdrawal apply only where provided by applicable law.
For customers residing within the European Economic Area (EEA), the statutory withdrawal period is generally fourteen (14) days from the day after the products are received.
Where applicable, the right of withdrawal may also apply to subscription agreements in accordance with consumer protection legislation.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must notify FungyBar of their decision before the withdrawal period expires.
3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened or unsealed food products cannot be returned where such exclusions are permitted by applicable law.
Customers lose their right of withdrawal if the seal on food products has been broken after delivery, where permitted by law.
Unopened and sealed products may be returned where a statutory right of withdrawal applies.
Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights applicable under law.
4. Return Conditions
Returned products must be sent back without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after notifying FungyBar of the decision to withdraw from the purchase, where applicable by law.
Customers are responsible for the direct costs of returning products unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Products should be returned in appropriate packaging to prevent damage during transport.
Customers are responsible only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products.

6. Refunds
Where a refund is due, FungyBar will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after receiving notice of the withdrawal.
FungyBar may withhold the refund until the returned products have been received or until the customer has provided documentation showing that the products have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Where required by applicable law, FungyBar will refund the cost of standard delivery but not any additional costs arising from express or premium delivery options selected by the Customer.
Any shipping costs, return shipping costs, handling fees, or other deductions permitted by applicable law may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
7. Subscription Services
Subscription agreements may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation applies only to future orders and does not affect orders already processed or dispatched.
Any accumulated discount levels, loyalty rewards, or subscription benefits may be forfeited upon cancellation.
Where required by law, subscription agreements may be subject to statutory rights of withdrawal.
8. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at contact@fungybar.com as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the issue.
Please provide relevant information, including photographs where appropriate, to help us assess the matter.
FungyBar may request that defective or incorrect products be returned for inspection, where reasonable and permitted by applicable law.
