Thank you for shopping with FungyBar. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders within Norway and selected countries in the European Union (EU).
Please read this Shipping Policy together with our Terms & Conditions and Returns & Refund Policy.
1. Shipping Destinations
FungyBar currently ships to Norway and selected countries within the European Union (EU).
Available shipping destinations may change from time to time and are displayed at checkout.
We do not currently ship to the United Kingdom (UK).
2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Processing times are estimates only and may vary due to high order volumes, holidays, temporary stock shortages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Orders are generally processed on business days only and not on weekends or public holidays.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Norway
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days
European Union (EU)
Estimated delivery time: 5–14 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, carrier performance, seasonal demand, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment tracking information and carrier notifications where available.
4. Shipping Costs
Norway
Shipping within Norway is currently 80 NOK, including applicable VAT.
Orders above 1,000 NOK qualify for free shipping, unless otherwise stated.
European Union (EU)
Shipping rates for EU orders are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on destination and order size.
FungyBar reserves the right to adjust shipping rates.
5. International Orders (DAP)
Orders shipped outside Norway are generally supplied on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis unless otherwise stated.
Under DAP, the Customer is responsible for any local VAT, customs duties, import charges, or carrier handling fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not controlled by FungyBar and are the responsibility of the Customer.
6. Customs, VAT and Import Charges
For orders shipped outside Norway, local laws and regulations in the destination country may apply.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products may legally be imported into their country and for paying any applicable import taxes, VAT, customs duties, or handling fees.
FungyBar is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or import procedures.
7. Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, delivery delays or additional shipping costs may occur.
If an order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible to request changes to the shipping address.
We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been placed.
8. Uncollected Shipments
If a shipment is not collected and is returned to FungyBar, the Customer may be responsible for shipping costs, return shipping costs, handling fees, and other actual costs incurred by FungyBar, where permitted by applicable law.
Refunds for uncollected shipments will be issued only after the products have been returned to FungyBar.
Returned shipments will be refunded less shipping costs, return shipping costs, handling fees, and other actual costs incurred by FungyBar, where permitted by applicable law.
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a shipment appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may investigate the matter with the carrier.
Customers may be asked to provide relevant information, photographs, or documentation to assist in the investigation.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any statutory consumer rights applicable under law.
